On-Site Customer Service at Ply Gem

Located in Calgary, this position requires someone motivated to enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication and task management. You will collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to coordinate orders and ensure smooth service delivery while maintaining accurate documentation and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer interactions through various channels

• Accurately document service orders in the system

• Communicate clearly about warranty policies and charges

• Process payments for chargeable services before ordering

• Work with internal departments to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent

• At least one year of customer service experience

• Fast typing skills of 40 words per minute

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Organizational and problem-solving skills
