Reservation Specialist at CanaDream

Join THL as a Reservation & Guest Support Specialist in Calgary, specializing in bilingual customer service for RV rentals. You will facilitate efficient bookings and provide exceptional guest support.

In this seasonal role, report to the Reservation & Guest Support Manager while supporting Cana Dream, El Monte RV, and Road Bear RV brands. Your responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing transactions, and offering on-road assistance to guests. Strong multitasking and communication skills are essential in this dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Guests with RV reservations and inquiries promptly

• Create and send quotes with accurate information

• Confirm reservations and process payments efficiently

• Provide on-road support exclusively for Cana Dream guests

• Address Guest complaints in adherence to brand policies

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Bilingual in English and French

• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities

• Experience in travel, tourism, or call centers

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
