Position: Concierge Role in Westman Village
Become a Concierge at The Journey Club, located in the picturesque Westman Village of Mahogany. Deliver exceptional customer service while enhancing the daily lives of our residents.

The Journey Club is searching for a motivated individual with at least two years of customer service experience, preferably within hospitality or senior living.

Your role will connect residents with necessary services and ensure their expectations are met with professionalism. Weekend availability is essential in this hands-on position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized service to guests and residents

• Liaise with various departments on resident needs

• Facilitate requests including taxi and car rentals

• Manage communications via email and phone

• Assist in operational duties and safety checks

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• At least 2 years of relevant customer service experience

• Superior communication and decision-making skills

• Ability to operate a standard transmission vehicle

• Must pass a Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
