Parking Attendant

Position: Parking Attendant - MNP Community & Sport Centre
Enhance visitor experiences as a Parking Attendant at MNP Community & Sport Centre. Direct traffic and maintain order while delivering outstanding customer service during events.

As part of the facility operations team, you will work under the supervision of the Director of Facility Operations & Services. Your tasks will include managing parking efficiency, maintaining cleanliness, and providing essential information to guests. A proactive and friendly mindset is crucial for keeping the parking area welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct traffic and help park vehicles efficiently

• Ensure unauthorized vehicles are monitored and ticketed

• Conduct parking audits offsite as needed

• Maintain cleanliness in the outdoor areas

• Assist with equipment setup and takedown for events

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication for public engagement

• Positive, customer-centric approach

• Adaptable to varying outdoor weather conditions

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Capability to stand and walk for extended hours
