Drive engagement and support fitness goals at Good Life Fitness as a Customer Service Associate. Create a welcoming environment through member interactions and assistance.
In this position, your role is to be the first point of contact for members and prospective clients. You will handle member check-ins, answer questions about services, and assist with Fit Fix and cardio machines. Uphold the club’s standards by completing cleaning tasks and providing an exceptional member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Check in members with a friendly approach
• Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions to new members
• Handle incoming calls and schedule appointments
• Address member questions about club services
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the club
Requirements:
• CPR-A & AED Certification needed
• Excellent communication and team-oriented mindset
• Customer-focused with an ability to manage concerns
• Proficient in computer usage and previous service experience
• Smart Tan certification within 3 months
