Position: Lincoln Concierge at Wood Automotive Group
Join the esteemed Wood Automotive Group as a Lincoln Concierge in Okotoks, Alberta. Provide exceptional customer service to Lincoln clients and coordinate vehicle servicing for an extraordinary experience.

As a Lincoln Concierge, you'll report to the Service Manager while ensuring all Lincoln customers are greeted and assisted.

Your role will involve seamless communication with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Customer Service Representatives. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet Lincoln customers warmly and address inquiries

• Liaise with Service Advisors for vehicle servicing coordination

• Schedule appointments effectively with Service Technicians

• Facilitate delivery coordination for new Lincoln vehicles

• Ensure quality standards for Lincoln vehicles pre-delivery

Requirements:

• Valid AB driver’s license with a clean abstract

• Strong customer service skills

• Keen attention to detail

• Proficient telephone etiquette
