• Create and manage customer account growth plans

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in CSM

• Post-secondary education in business or marketing is an asset

• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems

• Strong communication skills for client engagement

• Availability for occasional travel
