Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver member service while processing transactions

• Identify and recommend Servus products to members

• Troubleshoot routine account issues and escalate as needed

• Ensure compliance with safety and privacy regulations

• Engage in branch initiatives for member education

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in customer service

• Sales skills are advantageous

• Completed Grade 12 diploma or higher

• Proficient with computers and financial products

• Strong investigative skills to meet member needs
