Join MNP Community & Sport Centre as a valued Guest Service Desk Assistant Volunteer. Help create a smooth, welcoming experience for customers, with shifts typically scheduled on weekday mornings and evenings.

This role focuses on creating meaningful interactions with guests while ensuring facility security. You will commit to a 4-hour weekly schedule, assisting with check-in procedures, providing accurate information, and monitoring access points. Collaboration with staff and other volunteers is essential to support visitors effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
