Vivo Guest Services Champion

Become a Guest Services Champion with Vivo for Healthier Generations, dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences in an inclusive facility. This part-time position requires flexibility across various shifts.

As a key team member, you will interact with clients to ensure their needs are met while maintaining knowledge of our services. You will respond to inquiries and handle challenges with empathy, ensuring that all guests feel valued and informed. Shifts will include mornings, evenings, and weekends based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage clients in person, by phone, or email for support

• Familiarize yourself with all facility programs and services

• Efficiently operate the legend software system for bookings

• Communicate membership terms and solve client issues

• Accurately process cash transactions and complete paperwork

Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer service experience required

• Diploma or degree in a related field, or equivalent

• Strong communication and organizational abilities

• Valid First Aid and CPR-C/AED certification needed

• Complete police check prior to employment
