Your primary responsibility will be to foster strong guest relationships through courteous and efficient service. You will tackle guest inquiries, support marketing efforts, and manage the coat check area. Your professionalism and ability to work under pressure are key to maintaining a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide courteous service while interacting with guests
• Promote ongoing casino promotions and events
• Resolve guest complaints or escalate to management
• Assist guests in understanding game rules and promotions
• Ensure privacy and confidentiality of guests' information
Requirements:
• High School Diploma is required
• Prior experience in guest services is advantageous
• AGLC certifications including Proserve and Lotto Learn
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools required
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
