The Wilder Institute's Calgary Zoo is hiring seasonal representatives for guest relations. This role combines sales transactions, concierge duties, and assistance in high-volume call center activities. You will rotate through indoor and outdoor workstations and adapt to the zoo’s dynamic environment for optimal guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests at various zoo locations

• Manage crowds and provide zoo information using a voice amplifier

• Process admissions, memberships, and brunch sales transactions

• Operate cash/comp systems and troubleshoot kiosks

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas

Requirements:

• 6+ months cash handling and POS experience

• Strong customer service and public speaking skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, responsible, and flexible for seasonal work

• English proficiency in verbal and written forms
