Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare legal documents in compliance with CBSA
• Guide clients through account setup and onboarding
• Serve as the main point of contact during onboarding
• Provide training and resources about Cole’s services
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely information
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in relevant fields
• Experience in client onboarding or customer success
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients efficiently
