Key Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through the rental return process

• Resolve any arising customer service issues

• Inspect and document vehicle details accurately

• Inform customers of rental charges and issue receipts

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in customer service

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license required

• Must be proficient in English communication

• Eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship
