Join Canadian North as a Customer Service Specialist for Charter Flights, where you will provide exceptional service in a part-time, on-site position. This role emphasizes passenger support and operational collaboration.
As a Charter Operations Customer Service Agent, you will assist with the check-in process, manage flight reservations, and support flight crew requests. Your involvement with various teams ensures efficient charter operations, contributing to a positive passenger experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently check-in and board passengers for flights
• Provide administrative support before and after flights
• Create passenger reservations and manage changes
• Log data from flight crews into tracking systems
• Collaborate with Charter Coordinators for ADHOC charters
Requirements:
• High School diploma or relevant experience
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Knowledge of reservation systems preferred
• Ability to handle diverse situations with poise
• Must be able to lift up to 45lbs and work shifts
