Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with homeowners and trades via phone and email
• Schedule post-possession inspections and service appointments
• Maintain accurate work order and customer information
• Coordinate with teams to resolve homeowner concerns
• Assist in organizing warranty documentation
Requirements:
• 2+ years in customer care or warranty experience
• Knowledge of Alberta New Home Warranty is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Commitment to positive homeowner experiences
