You will work full-time under the management of the Calgary Tower team, providing exceptional service, answering questions, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
• Process cash admissions and handle payments
• Assist guests with rental audio guides
• Provide detailed information on Calgary attractions
• Answer both telephone and in-person inquiries
• Collaborate with supervisors and managers as required
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Experience with cash-handling procedures
• Friendly and engaging communication style
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Successful criminal record check completion
