Key Responsibilities:
• Complete trip reports and safety requirements
• Circulate guest feedback surveys digitally
• Communicate transport updates to management
• Act on guest inquiries and requests

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in tourism preferred
• Experience in high-end customer service
• Background as a tour guide or group leader
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must demonstrate professionalism in all interactions
