Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist gym members and visitors
• Perform administrative tasks and manage the desk effectively
• Provide knowledgeable support regarding gym services
• Create a friendly atmosphere promoting community engagement
• Handle inquiries and problem resolution with care
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED a plus
• Prior customer service or receptionist experience preferred
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with office procedures and systems
• Excellent communication and listening skills
