Drive client satisfaction as a Client Support Coordinator for People Corporation in Alberta. This role is pivotal in coordinating client interactions and supporting a successful onboarding process.
People Corporation is looking for a dedicated Client Support Coordinator to enhance client relations through effective communication and organization. You will develop client-facing materials, assist with onboarding, and ensure accuracy within the EPIC CRM system. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy tackling challenges, this position is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver client communication materials
• Support client onboarding and related processes
• Act as a liaison between clients and carriers
• Maintain up-to-date client records in EPIC
• Complete administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Power Point
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably EPIC
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High prioritization and organizational skills
• Commitment to confidentiality and integrity
