As an Usher within MRU's Events team, you will interact with guests, assist with ticket processing, and help patrons find their seats at various venues including the Bella Concert Hall. Your efforts will ensure that the theatre environment is enjoyable and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly at the entrance of venues

• Direct patrons and scan tickets for entry

• Manage coat check responsibilities if requested

• Help maintain cleanliness in the theatre and lobby areas

• Complete essential event-related tasks before and after

Requirements:

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule

• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or event roles preferred

• Minimum of 1 year in a service-oriented position

• Must be at least 18 years of age
