Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for customer service inquiries

• Ensure an excellent atmosphere for guests in the office

• Maintain and create customer profiles, processing season passes

• Manage daily cash transactions and office mail

• Collaborate with departments for accurate guest updates

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service is required

• Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends

• Familiarity with MS Office and Point-of-Sale systems

• Ability to work in a guest-facing role only

• Interest in sports and outdoor recreation
