Adecco seeks a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English) to drive customer relations in the oil and gas industry. Provide exceptional service while managing national accounts.
This 12-month, full-time role requires strong analytical skills and experience in customer-facing positions. You will coordinate CRM activities, manage customer master data, and collaborate with various teams to meet customer needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage CRM activities for customer accounts
• Maintain accurate customer data in D365 CRM
• Engage with cross-functional teams for account support
• Ensure reliable customer and fuel supply information
• Produce reports and best practice recommendations
Requirements:
• Proficient in French and English (written and verbal)
• 5+ years in customer service, sales, or business
• Advanced Excel proficiency for reporting
• Ability to thrive in high-volume environments
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
