Guest Relations Customer Service Zoo

This part-time position begins in late October 2026 and extends to January 2027. You'll play a pivotal role in assisting guests with directions, sales transactions, and addressing inquiries at various points in the zoo. Your capability to manage changing tasks and maintain composure in busy environments will be paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide necessary information

• Conduct efficient sales transactions for memberships and events

• Utilize voice amplifiers for crowd management

• Operate cash registers and handle payments

• Maintain clean and organized workstations daily

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience with cash handling

• Strong customer service and multitasking abilities

• Skilled in public speaking and communication

• Dependable, responsible, and ready for seasonal work

• Knowledgeable in English, both verbal and written
