Boardwalk, a leader in residential living, is seeking a Community Residential Manager for properties in NW and NE Calgary. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of customer service experience and a flexible schedule. Responsibilities include rent collection, property inspections, and ensuring timely contractor work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage residents to deliver outstanding customer service
• Conduct inspections of vacant and upcoming suites
• Collect rent and manage defaults efficiently
• Facilitate annual suite inspections and showings
• Assist with snow removal and general maintenance tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Post-Secondary education is an asset
• Strong computer skills with web-based programs
• Must be adaptable to new technology
• Capable of lifting up to 10kg when needed
