At Morguard, we're seeking a passionate individual to provide concierge-level service in our premium multi-residential properties. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, fostering a culture of excellence from lease approval to move-out. With a commitment to diversity and collaboration, you will play a vital role in ensuring residents feel valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage concierge-style services for residents
• Monitor move-in dates for property standards
• Communicate with future residents for a smooth transition
• Follow up with new residents for satisfaction
• Resolve resident issues and disputes promptly
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in customer service or hospitality
• Degree/diploma in hospitality or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
