Position Overview
South Pointe Honda is actively searching for a Receptionist tojoin the team at Dilawri Group!
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
As the first point of contact for clients, you require exceptional customer service skills and professional phone etiquette. You will greetand assist clients when they first arrive at the dealership.
Responsible for answering and directing all incoming phone calls ina professional and courteous manner.
Provides basic information about the dealership and the Dilawri Group in order to answer inquiries and to refer customers to the appropriate individual or department.
Maintains the cleanliness of the customer waiting lounge and ensures it is well stocked.
Performs administrative duties such as recording sales traffic,distributing schedules for Sales Representatives, maintaining gas chitbooks and receipts, updating telephone lists, updating vehicle inventory lists and ordering business cards.
Reviews appointments and deliveries in dealership software and maintains customer relationship management alerts and customer maintenance.
