Your role will involve acting on customer inquiries, from complaints to billing and service requests, significantly impacting overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to all customer service requests promptly
• Address warranty and order-related concerns daily
• Document and resolve service-related issues
• Generate quotes and process payments for services
• Work closely with internal teams for client support
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in English communication
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
