Position: Overnight Alert Management Specialist

In this role, you will manage safety incidents through real-time systems, providing timely customer support and technical assistance. Your strong communication skills in French and English, along with a minimum of three years in customer service, will ensure effective responses during emergencies. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a solid work ethic are essential for successful incident management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor customer personnel safety via alert systems

• Manage emergency alerts professionally and calmly

• Respond to critical situations under pressure

• Provide troubleshooting for triggered alerts

• Monitor weather and conditions for lone workers

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years customer service experience

• Fluent in French and English (Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese a plus)

• Valid First Aid and CPR certification required

• Familiarity with data management and client records

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
