ATCO Energy seeks a Customer Care Advisor in Calgary, Alberta, supporting customers through phone, chat, and email. Discuss energy bills and provide clear solutions.
This Customer Service Representative role supports ATCO Energy Home Services and ATCO Energy clients. You will provide residential and business support while selling products and services. The position also includes account maintenance, complaint resolution, and personal KPI management.
Key Responsibilities:- Support customers through phone, chat, and email channels
- Discuss energy bills and provide appropriate solutions
- Sell products and services for home and business needs
- Process customer adjustments and maintain financial accounts
- Resolve complaints and confirm customer satisfaction
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer service or contact center experience
- One year of inbound or outbound sales experience
- Excellent oral and written English communication
- Availability across six days with flexible shift changes
