Support customized Life Science orders remotely for Millipore Sigma using SAP, Salesforce, and customer-focused supply chain coordination. Help remove barriers from allocation through shipment.
As Special Business Support Specialist, you will manage varied orders for Serum, Bulk, Custom materials, and unique businesses. You will review specifications, manage dates, and communicate across Order Management, Planning, customers, and sales teams. Your work supports timely delivery and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Enter and manage customized Life Science customer orders
- Monitor orders from entry through shipment
- Confirm packaging configurations and customer specifications
- Offer alternate products and configurations when unavailable
- Investigate inquiries and identify corrective actions
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two or more years of customer service experience
- One or more years using SAP and Salesforce
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing processes
