Build B2B relationships as an Academic Customer Success Manager at Bio Render, using customer curiosity and communication skills in a remote-first setting. Help academic SMB clients engage with science communication tools and services.
Bio Render seeks a proactive professional, also known internally as a Customer Success Specialist. You will support SMB clients through relationship management, account strategy, onboarding, product education, and interdepartmental collaboration. The position focuses on retention, expansion, renewals, user engagement, and customer feedback while helping users experience Bio Render’s platform effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Build trusted relationships with clients and decision-makers
- Drive engagement, annual renewals, expansion, and revenue growth
- Deliver personalized client training through science communication webinars
- Showcase new Bio Render platform features to users
- Connect internal teams to fulfill customer needs
- One to two-plus years in customer success or account management
- Familiarity with retention, expansion, and CSQL metrics
- Experience owning renewals, negotiations, execution, and expansion
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and detail skills
- Ability to prioritize changing customer and project needs
