Part-Time Ticket Office Assistant

Support Calgary theatre patrons through ticketing expertise and customer service as a Part-Time Ticket Office Assistant with Alberta Theatre Projects.

Reporting to the Ticket Office Manager, you will assist patrons with ticketing requests and help maintain positive public relations. The role sits within the Marketing and Communications Department at Alberta Theatre Projects, a contemporary theatre organization producing eight annual plays. You will also contribute to subscription campaigns and accurate Tessitura records.

• Assist patrons with ticketing requests in person and by phone
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive public relations
• Lead outbound calling for telemarketing subscription campaigns
• Maintain accurate information in Tessitura ticketing and database software
• Support the Ticket Office Manager with organizational duties

• Strong organizational skills for managing concurrent initiatives
• Strong attention to detail and self-motivation
• Previous sales experience is a strong asset
• Tessitura experience is an asset; training provided
• Ability to work independently and within a team
