Sell theatre tickets and deliver exceptional patron service as a part-time Box Office Associate with Theatre Calgary in Calgary. Telephone sales and Tessitura skills matter.
Reporting to the Box Office Manager, this part-time position supports renewing subscribers, new subscribers, and single ticket buyers. You will process donations, memberships, exchanges, reprints, and ticketing inquiries through telephone, in-person, and email service. Weekend and evening shifts are required.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell tickets and subscription packages to diverse patron groups
- Handle inquiries through telephone, in-person, and email channels
- Process donations, memberships, exchanges, and ticket reprints
- Maintain accurate accounting, communication, and pending records
- Perform Box Office duties during Max Bell Theatre performances
- Minimum one year customer service or theatre Box Office experience
- Proficiency in inbound and outbound telephone sales
- Experience with Tessitura CRM considered an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office experience and appreciation for theatre
