Welcome Good Life Fitness Members as a Customer Service Representative and front desk expert, using communication and customer service skills daily.
The Motivator role supports the success of Good Life Fitness Clubs by creating a welcoming, clean, and safe environment. You will greet Members and Potential Members, manage check-ins, answer calls, and support fitness questions. The position also involves memberships, Club services, systems, and Member concerns.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet Members and Potential Members warmly upon arrival
- Check Members in for workouts and direct visitors
- Answer calls, take messages, and book appointments
- Resolve Member questions, concerns, and information updates
- Complete cleaning tasks and Club runs
- CPR-A and AED Certification
- Smart Tan certification within three months
- Knowledge of the fitness industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency and customer service skills
Support positive Member experiences through front desk service, fitness knowledge, communication, and dependable Club assistance.
