Front End Cashier Customer Service

Deliver accurate transactions and friendly service as a Front End Cashier while supporting customers at checkout and the service desk. Maintain a positive customer experience through every interaction.

This Front End Cashier position focuses on professional customer service, transaction processing, and accurate cash handling. You will operate the Customer Service Desk, maintain front end merchandise, and support required store functions. The position also includes helping train junior staff and following applicable company standards.

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate cash drawers under company procedures
• Handle lottery sales, refunds, bottle returns, and inquiries
• Maintain Front End Department merchandise
• Participate in training junior staff and supporting departments
