Support banking clients in Calgary through customer service, transaction fulfillment, and clear communication by phone or email. This is a casual, part time opportunity.
As an Associate Operations Representative at RBC, you will assist clients with transaction fulfillment and banking service inquiries. The work involves analyzing request validity, resolving complaints, documenting interactions, and completing follow-up calls when necessary. Communication, critical thinking, and operational delivery are central skills.
