Young Customer Experience Representative

Young Living seeks a Customer Experience Representative with strong communication and problem-solving skills, working onsite at the Experience Centre. Support customers and Brand Partners through in-person service, phone, email, and chat.

This customer-facing position handles product, account, and order inquiries while supporting a seamless customer journey. You will provide product education, personalized recommendations, and accurate information about policies, promotions, and system changes. Success requires empathy, organization, active listening, and attention to detail.

• Greet visitors and provide product education and recommendations
• Support inquiries across phone, email, chat, and in-person channels
• Document customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems
• Resolve concerns and collaborate on complex issues
• Maintain displays, replenish stock, and support Training Room bookings

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• CRM and customer service tools proficiency
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
