Bilingual Pharmaceutical Customer Care Specialist

Support pharmaceutical customers remotely from Quebec City using fluent English and French, empathy, and multichannel communication skills. Handle calls, chats, and emails professionally.

Alphanumeric is hiring a full-time Bilingual Customer Care Specialist for pharmaceutical products. You will support patients, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders across diabetes, obesity, rare diseases, cardiovascular, and liver health. The work includes customer service, site navigation, case documentation, and issue reporting.

• Respond to inbound calls, chats, and emails
• Answer consumer and healthcare provider inquiries
• Assist users navigating sites and content
• Identify and report adverse events and complaints
• Document case notes in the CRM system

• Fluent English and French communication skills
• Two years of pharmaceutical call center experience preferred
• Salesforce and Vonage experience preferred
• Strong listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle calls, chats, and emails
