Answer calls for Veta Virtual clients with warmth, accuracy, and professionalism while working a full-time Monday-to-Friday schedule.
This Customer Service Representative role supports a call center serving diverse businesses and professionals. You will become a trusted voice for each client by adapting your communication to their requirements. Daily work includes inbound calls, messages, appointments, transfers, and service-quality collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer inbound calls with professional, polished communication
- Understand unique client requirements and adapt approaches
- Book appointments through user-friendly scheduling tools
- Deliver caller messages promptly and accurately
- Collaborate to continuously improve service quality
- Customer service, call center, or phone-support experience
- Two to three years of proven similar experience
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Ability to learn quickly and use AI tools
- Availability for Eastern Time shifts, Monday to Friday
