Tommy Gun’s Original Barbershop is looking for a friendly, outgoing Guest Services Associate to join our team at Beacon Hill in Calgary!

What You'll Be Doing- Welcoming guests and creating a friendly, positive first impression
- Managing the service queue and helping keep the shop running smoothly
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting with guest inquiries
- Helping guests find the right hair care and grooming products
- Supporting retail sales, product displays, and inventory
- Working closely with our barbers and stylists to deliver an awesome guest experience
- Keeping the reception and retail areas clean, organized, and inviting
- A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine passion for customer service
- Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize in a busy environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to support your teammates
- Confidence recommending products and helping guests with their purchases
- Availability to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends
- Previous reception, retail, or customer service experience is an asset
- Experience in a barbershop, salon, or spa is a bonus, but not required!
