Turn phone and email enquiries into vacation rental reservations using Web Rez Pro while welcoming guests on site. Process payments and answer stay-related questions.
Guest Services Agents handle reservations for Vacation Rental Properties through the Web Rez Pro property management system. The position combines payment processing, guest arrivals, and local area information. You will respond to concerns respectfully, follow company procedures during emergencies, and support office and housekeeping needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Make vacation rental reservations by phone and email
- Process payments for Vacation Rental Properties stays
- Greet, welcome, and check in arriving guests
- Answer questions about local attractions, activities, and amenities
- Reconcile transactions at the end of each shift
- Use the Web Rez Pro property management system
- Respond to guest concerns timely and respectfully
- Follow company procedures during on-site emergencies
- Keep the Vacations Office neat and tidy
- Assist the Housekeeping team when needed
Support vacation rental guests through Web Rez Pro reservations, payment processing, welcoming service, and informed local assistance.
