Luxury Automotive Customer Experience Representative

Deliver premium customer experiences at Mercedes-Benz Country Hills using strong communication, CRM accuracy, and personalized vehicle service. This is a full-time opportunity.

As a Business Development Representative, you will serve as the dealership’s primary guest contact throughout the customer journey. Handle inquiries, coordinate appointments, explain vehicles and promotions, and support personalized deliveries. Build relationships through proactive communication, careful documentation, and professional follow-up before and after purchases.

• Answer inquiries through phone, email, text, and online chat
• Schedule and confirm appointments with Brand Specialists
• Document guest interactions and follow-up tasks in CRM
• Prepare vehicles and demonstrate features during personalized deliveries
• Coordinate ownership transitions through post-purchase follow-up

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent verbal and written English
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• CRM and Microsoft Office experience, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Automotive, customer service, hospitality, or luxury retail experience is an asset
