Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration with competitive collections, higher depending on experience.

Part‑time hours 2‑3 weekdays, providing flexibility to accommodate your lifestyle and grow as patient demand increases.

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from accredited institution OR National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency
• Registered or actively registering with Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Alberta
• Licensed to practice dentistry in Alberta (candidates from other provinces welcome - we'll assist with transfer)
• New graduates enthusiastically welcomed with comprehensive mentorship
• Strong interpersonal skills with genuine care for patient comfort
• Excellent communication abilities with patients and team members
• Self‑motivated with ability to work independently when needed
