What you’ll do:- Performing a full range of clinical hygiene services—including scaling, root planning, polishing, and applying topical fluoride—with precision and care.
- Assessing and case typing patients in alignment with clinical protocols to ensure appropriate and personalized care plans.
- Acting as an oral health educator, guiding patients toward healthy habits and long‑term preventative care strategies.
- Building strong and trusting patient relationships through every interaction—your positive attitude and professionalism will shine.
- Creating a tailored experience for each patient based on their unique needs, expectations, and goals.
- Completion of a recognized Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree program.
- Registered Dental Hygienist status in good standing in Alberta.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, you’re as good at explaining care as you are at providing it.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, you’re comfortable managing a busy schedule with ease.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work both independently and as part of a close‑knit clinical team.
- Comfort with dental software systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience is a bonus!
