- Fabricate and Prepare Models & Appliances:
Pour impressions, trim and mount models, create indirect bonding trays, and fabricate invisible retainers and other appliances with accuracy and care. - Maintain Lab Equipment & Cleanliness:
Disinfect impressions, sterilize trays, polish and oil instruments, and manage weekly and monthly maintenance of ultrasonic solutions, rag wheels, and plaster traps. - Support Clinical and Lab Operations:
Handle appliance repairs, duplicate models for transfers, prepare lab cases for external labs, and ensure all materials are ready for clinical use. - Manage Inventory & Documentation:
Track appliance fabrication, submit supply orders, and maintain organized records to support smooth lab operations. - Collaborate with the Team:
Work closely with clinical staff, attend team meetings, and contribute to a positive, respectful, and efficient work environment.
- Dental/Orthodontic lab experience (preferred - but not required - we will train the right individual).
- 3D printing experience (preferred).
- You enjoy organization and planning.
- Creative with outstanding hand-eye coordination.
- Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.
