This is more than a front desk role, it’s an entry point into a long-term career in dental administration
. We provide structured training, mentorship, and a clear growth path for individuals who want to develop professionally in the dental field.

No experience required. If you bring the attitude and work ethic, we’ll teach the skills.

• Welcome patients and create an exceptional first impression
• Schedule appointments and support daily clinic flow
• Communicate confidently by phone and in person
• Build strong administrative and organizational skills
• Work closely with a high‑performing dental team
• Grow into more advanced administrative roles over time

• Early in their career and ready to learn
• Professional, friendly, and patient‑focused
• Comfortable with computers and new systems
• Ambitious, reliable, and looking for growth
• Interested in building a future in dental administration
• Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, etc.) is an asset — but not required.

Clinic operates Monday–Saturday.
