We are seeking an experienced and motivated Digital Dental Lab Technician to join our growing and technology-driven dental team in Calgary, Alberta. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a modern digital workflow environment and enjoys working with cutting-edge dental technology including milling, 3D printing, digital design, and post-processing.

What

You’ll Be Doing:
  • Designing and preparing digital dental cases using CAD/CAM workflows.
  • Managing and operating milling and 3D printing equipment.
  • Processing, finishing, staining, glazing, and post-processing restorations.
  • Reviewing and organizing digital case files.
  • Troubleshooting digital workflows and production processes.
  • Collaborating closely with dentists and clinical teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Maintaining quality control and production timelines.
  • Helping advance and expand our digital dentistry capabilities.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in dental laboratory technology and digital workflows.
  • Strong understanding of CAD/CAM systems and digital dentistry.
  • Experience with milling, 3D printing, and post-processing.
  • Knowledge of Exocad, 3

    Shape, or similar software is considered a strong asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
