This position focuses on transforming digital workflows within our dental team. You will lead the design and preparation of dental cases, operate advanced milling and printing technologies, and engage closely with dentists for exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and prepare CAD/CAM dental cases
• Operate advanced milling and printing equipment
• Handle finishing, staining, and glazing of restorations
• Organize and review digital case files
• Troubleshoot production processes effectively
Requirements:
• Experience in dental laboratory practices
• Solid understanding of CAD/CAM technology
• Knowledge of Exocad, 3
Shape, or equivalent software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Enthusiastic about ongoing education and innovation
