This permanent role requires proficiency in designing and casting dental devices such as bridges and dentures. You will supervise staff, ensuring high-quality standards while training fellow technicians in essential techniques. The fast-paced environment calls for detail-oriented individuals who can maintain efficiency under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and cast dental devices including bridges

• Supervise and mentor a small technical team

• Train new technicians on best practices

• Order and maintain laboratory supplies as needed

• Pack materials for mold creation of dentures

Requirements:

• Completion of College or CEGEP education

• 5+ years in dental technology role

• Expertise in waxing-up and polishing techniques

• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Strong interpersonal and flexible working attributes
